# Auctions

At LEVEL, auctions are focused on:

* Increasing and decentralising ownership of both LVL and LGO
* Deepen protocol-owned liquidity
* Creating a stronger link between LVL and LGO
* Expanding the utility of LVL
* Improving the accessibility to LEVEL and the LEVEL DAO

We address these goals by introducing auction mechanisms for both LVL and LGO.
